I hear managers got an email from Doug telling them to report to him people who don't have a Core Values poster in their office.

Rumor is that HR has all the conference rooms in Building 16 booked for this afternoon.

Wonder what kind of severance package the golf carts got?

I heard that the golf carts got laid off today. Confirmed as I saw one with the logo removed and standard wheels put back on. Poor things.

Saw several upper management and executives our at Flips. The rumor they heard was that about half the managers and VP positions will disappear by the end of the month. They are all positioning for their next gigs. #upperclassproblems

If you want to post an 'I heard' then call it that. If known fact, call it that. Problem we are all dealing with is too much speculation and no confirmation.

Amazingly, working at Starbucks would be more mentally stimulating than working for CHK. Its been laughable for far too long.

I haven't heard a date but it would seem that they'll complete these layoffs before the end of the 3rd quarter so the payroll is off the books for the entire 4th quarter, and CHK begins 2014 with a decent looking earnings report. The stock will rise... — read more
