Last week was awfully quiet. Has anyone read the transcripts of the shareholders meeting yet?

Would gladly volunteer for a package. Would love to take the $$$$ and move on to something else. Management decision making is way too slow. Anybody know of anyone who successfully did thid?

Pretty sure everyone I wok with that has the title of landman or above has a contract.

Only senior landman and other high level positions typically get contracts.

I think most people forget that most land men and I am sure others have the poison pill contracts that give them a fairly decent minimum severance including vesting.

Any new data? Timing on land? Severance & vesting? Part of my comp for several years has been stock. If that is not vested I will see good ole CHK in court

The company is up for sale...no doubt. If ya think about it some ya may figure out why the stock price has to go up before it can be bought.
