Belk is in potential trouble over its scheduling practices. Several associates and managers in the Huntsville area are claiming Belk is intentionally overworking them while giving other associates and managers a better schedule.

don't do anything not in your job description, refuse.

if you are asked to do something out of your job title, refuse. belk cannot make you do someone else's job and tasks for no pay. simply say 'thats not what i was hired to do' that's what we are doing at 0458 crabtree, especially beauty associates. — read more
