200k on Glassdoor? Who tells the truth there? Maybe mid-level paper shufflers like BB and SC make that. Serial failure Ed Leonard is pulling down over $650k and I am sure Jim Maynard is in the same ballpark. How about Lincoln? Think he makes less than Ed? Guess again. Animators, Lighters and TD's should be storming the 2nd floor. Want to know how hard DWA execs work? Take a look at how empty the reserved parking in on the first floor of the garage is. It is like a ghost town before nine and after five. It is nice to look there around 10:30 to check out the Panameras, Cayennes, Teslas and Aston Martins.

Damn, I will then. Ed, Jim, Evan, Bill, Greg, Suelika, Neil, etc, etc. Basically, if you are still at DWA and in R&D, you are unemployable anywhere else. All the top, good and even mediocre talent has bailed. What is left is a ghost ship occupied by only the most shameless seat warmers and slackers holding on for dear life. Their low-stress 9-5 slack fest and supply of free breakfast, lunch and ice cream is coming to an end.

They'll probably layoff all of us artists again and keep the overpaid managers that ooh...also get to work part time. Such a f'ing joke. It says they make over $200k on glass door. Wtf?

And "Tech" got rid of brilliant folks such as DK, LW, SR. MORONS, those no-good, pompous AT asses. What effing goes around effing comes around, mofos.

I worked at DWA for almost two years in Technology. There are so many make-busy-work folks in that organization it makes your head spin. I'm not going to go into calling out names (never a good thing, since I'm in ongoing contact with a number of them - but boy, the constant fire-drills, the overpaid mid-level executives that shuffle paper and pass blame. They should clean out technology before they look at production.
