What is Halliburton's max weeks of severance?
What if you apply for the same company that laid you off in another country and start working not even 1month after the layoff .. Do you have to payback the severance since it's the same company?
Bakers max is 26 weeks, wonder how this works for Baker folks when they get slammed on the buy out???
