So I can infer some employees will not get an offer and the offer will be just that "an offer" 20% tuition decrease I wonder what salary decrease will be? I wonder how big admissions department will be?? 13 - 15 days before we know.

In your letter of intent (Q&A section) it states: The base salaries of most employees will remain the same. A small number of employees will need to be brought in line with ECMC.
Pure conjecture, you and the rest of us have no idea where the potential salary/wage cuts will end. You only think you know based on the tuition decrease of 20%. Labor is only a portion of total expenses/costs.
The offers from ECMC will include what they are going to pay. Count on around a 20% decrease in hourly wage for non-exempt employees. Exempt employees will get at least a 20% reduction in their salary. Many front line supervisors will get a greater than 20% reduction. Remember, ECMC has NEVER said in any of their discussion with us that they are guaranteeing our current wages.
Wouldn't those be discharged in bankruptcy
