Does anyone know how many members of the Executive Team will be transitioning over to ECMC? My guess is Beth Wilson (for industry knowledge and operational expertise) Bill Buchanan (marketing know-how) and possibly the division president's and division admissions leaders. There is no way ECMC is going to go into such a large venture without experienced leadership. That being said, I don't see Jack transitioning over. I don't think the regulators would approve the sale if that happened? Any other thoughts?

They will all get the boot. If they want to re-brand, they can't keep anyone in high level positions. They have too many terrible, terrible habits and not very good reputations. And no work ethic. That's if they want to stay in business, that is.
Anyone barfing yet?
255 & 256 - You don't sound very grateful. You must have somehow missed the meaningful mentorship relationships that I was referring to. I'm sorry. It was this positive and supportive leadership culture that made CCi what it is today. And the world is a better place because of it. And now ECMC is charged with continuing this legacy. There are some big shoes to fill. I, for one, think they can do it.
This is 253. Of COURSE I was being sarcastic, dumbass! "Solid reputation"??? "Unparalleled ethics"??? Dumbass!
Anonymous57253: Holy shit! Please, please tell me you're being sarcastic! That shit was f***ed up!
They should give them all a beefy sign on bonus for keeping everything tidy until the sale and handing over a company in such good condition. ECMC will be grateful to inherit a leadership team with a solid reputation at rock bottom price. High performers with unparalleled ethics. All of them. Brings a tear to my eye to think of the meaningful mentorship relationships I have witnessed at every level of management here. It was always about the people. And the culture! Oh yes, the culture will live on. And I am grateful.
Agreed. Even at csc, management needs a housecleaning, managers on up. Currently here now, meeting earlier today was a 43 minutes I'll never get back. I'll continue to apply and interview elsewhere. Good luck all.
57237: From what I've seen in the last year, I would say Director level and higher. At Socle, maybe even Manager. Seriously, they have driven off anybody with any knowledge, people skills, or ethical standards. All that's left are a club of idiots who are basically unemployable elsewhere. It might not be so bad in other places (I'm Tampa).
From RVPO and above, none of them should be allowed to remain with the company.
They are all useless. Beth has been living too long and is really out of touch with the industry. Just because she has been in the sector for a gazillion years does not mean she is any use. And don't get me started on Bill Buchannon, that fat slob is completely useless as well as Roger Ban Dunian. They even make Daniel Hu look use full and he is as clueless as the rest of them. Just big titles with little or no accountability who got little if anything done. None of the old executive guard should go to ECMC.
Are you serious? Keep Wilson and Buchanan, two of the idiots MOST responsible for this mess? No way! A condition of the ECMC takeover is that the leadership does not follow. ED made it clear nothing would be approved without that provision. Besides, it's far to risky to keep any of the old managers on. It would take just one whistleblower (who have special fed protections due to our students receiving Pell) to show unethical goings on by one of those goons and ECMC would be in for a world of hurt. They KNOW they don't have the option of messing up like CCi did, and it's not good to start their new company with the air of disrepute having CCi managers on-board would bring.
