With stock price hovering around one dollar what can we expect in 2015. More layoffs and more issues across the board, it's hard to survive with a lot of debt and that will come to hunt Harvest Natural Resources until the end.

Things will develop much faster - You dont need to wait until Q2 to see large layoffs at HNR
Nothing is happening now, we'll se in q2
