There are no mass layoffs planned at this time, but, if you find yourself walking down the F / C building hallways one day, and notice an unusual security guard presence, pay them no mind: they are counting the number of cubicles with unapproved ornamentation. If they escort someone to a conference room, again, pay them no mind: they are compiling a survey of which employees prefer the U of U over the TDS. If you find yourself holding a re-usable cardboard box with pictures of your family in it, rest assured, this is a "brief sabbatical" that L-3 management has approved for you (without pay or benefits). Have a nice day, lemmings.
Management has no plans for layoffs at any L-3 location at this time, nor do we expect there to be any need for layoffs in the near future. Of course we cannot fully rule out the possibility of a sudden unplanned layoff to occur unexpectedly at one or more divisions, but management cannot be held responsible for such events. Please be sure to record your time daily in case we don't let you back in the building tomorrow. Thank you.
How many times must you be told, there will not be anymore layoffs.
Not bragging at all, just wondered if this has happened to anyone else before they got laid off? I have anxiety everyday when I go to work wondering if this is going to be "the day."
If that's true, you are kind of an asshole for bragging about it.
Put it towards your attorney fees. You'll need it.
