This is rolling out as a co-ordinated initiative. They are cutting hours to the bare minimum, but expecting miracles in CSAT, ZBW and other metrics. Higher paid AMs will be prioritized, then down the line. There will be extreme pressure to come in line with metrics, but no payroll to do so. In some cases there will be malicious efforts to sabotage those that dare even try to succeed. If they want you gone, it is simply a matter of time. Dot your "i"s cross your "t"s and keep records. Consult an attorney that handles labor law and will take cases on contingency because this is a real thing.

If getting on track you will get an unannounced visit and they'll take pictures to document any and everything out of place to state you are still doing badly. Sure sign getting let go to avoid that severance. Must be done by 1/31/15

Did this happen to you or are you just throwing out the possibility?

What are the causes of termination given?

Without a doubt they will do so where and when they can.
