Wal-Mart Canada Corp. has cut 210 jobs, it was called “organizational changes” - Mississauga got decimated, 20% of our staff, this happened mid 2014

Canada is not doing well, we will see more cuts over there
But how about 2015, are there any plans to cut people in Walmart corporate this year. 2015 seems to be a really tough year as some companies in the South are already letting people go and amazon.com seems to be grabbing a lot of customers that buy high end items as they do not pay tax there and they ship quickly. I am not sure how Walmart will adjust to all of this, I know our online sales are growing, there is big push with that, but what does that mean to folks in stores? Are stores going to be closing in 2015 and are there going to be mass layoffs? I do not think we have answers to those questions.
Target just decided to close all Canadian operations, I think we are in much better shape though
