The silence from management has been very frustrating. I hate I have to go on a rumors board to get the information. If Heald is going to be shut down they should let everybody know so they can look for jobs. Does anybody here know anything? Please don't make stuff up. Just give real information that you know.

What is the situation with the additional buyers? I heard that Unitek and the Michael Clifford group were interested. There must be others too.
Crucial information during a period of transition is NEVER going to be shared with the employees of a public company prior to release to the investment community. Our leadership may be incompetetnt and unethical, but they are smart enough not to mess with the SEC. Hope is not a strategy. Have a solid plan B.
What is Initech? Is that ITT Tech? are they going to merge with Heald, 56577? I looked online and couldnt find anything about this.

Something is in the works. Heald will be merging with a few other schools under another investment group. One of those schools is. Unitek.
