We are doing much better as SOCLE said it has been a relief to finally know what our fate is.
We are all professionals and should not have to much trouble finding positions in the community, Colorado Springs business's as a whole are helping/assisting with positions as they know how determined and professional we are and how we can and do change while we are taking a step.
COLS will be fine, other than a few that may be unemployed for a short period of time.

Actually to be honest the mood around work seems to be lighter and happier than its been in months. There were tears at the initial meeting, but just finally knowing instead of wondering has been such a relief. Everyone is helping each other with resumes and places hiring.
