we keep hearing how going with 3rd party carriers is going to save gazillions of dollars. i herd that these carriers are already not doing what staples drivers do every day. there is no accountability. some of the carrier drivers are taking 3-7 days to deliver a order to the customers. When sargent sees his bonus go from 10 mil down to $100 i will be laughing my azz off. The ones that are getting screwed is the customer. Now that they have bought depot/max, who will the customer go to when they get tired of not getting there order from staples? Smart move sargent, smart move. force the customer to keep getting crappy service from carriers. Soon the customers will drive themselves to wallys world to get there stuff. i see staples in bankrupt by 2020.

I think Staples stopped caring about the customers some time ago.
Amen to that. I work in a sales office where our Sdo closed in November and delivery is 3rd party. I order for the office...gone are next day delivery. Your lucky if it shows up by day 3 . With cost savings...they paid with poor service.
We are going bankrupt much sooner than that
