Any updates as of today? I left in 2009, it was not the best time. Had a few rough years and now it's OK. It seems that all companies are laying people off, I hear that HAL and Baker are really going after a lot of people, they have let go over a thousand people or something like that. I hope APC will not have layoffs in 2015 and wish you all the best

To the original poster, why did you leave? Grass isn't always greener on the other side, although I would like to get the hell away from this prejudice company filled with favorites and politics....
To those that posted 20-40 % in bonuses, what department you work in?!?!
Unless you are an exec. Then you get everything and more. All at the expense of the rest of us.
No layoffs this year. We are still getting our 2 bonuses (which come out to 20-40% of our gross salary). If you are a contractor that is a completely different ball game. No merit raises, and a freeze on pay has been enacted.
we have too many employees and corporate officers with million dollars plus packages .... and over-the-top waste at apc. Like this + $20 million daycare center proposal?? something will have to go because leadership has lost its focus on managing cost.
I heard no layoffs for Anadarko employees. If you are a contractor, that is a whole different story.
