Hiring laid off oilfield employees??

We have a non oilfield family business in western Oklahoma. How would we begin looking for some office employee(s) that might have been laid off during this downturn? Also possibly looking for a good hand on the farm/ranch. I am sure we cant begin to match the benefits and pay, but we are willing to pay the right person what we can. Suggestions? Thanks!

Shouldn't be too tough. Perryton and Clinton pressure pumping had massive layoffs this week. Maybe put up some contact info for recruits or where the work is at.

I may be wrong but I think it also depends on what area you work in. Every year I get a bonus and my husband who worked for Pressure Pumping did not. I also got paid for all Holidays off and he did not because he was guaranteed 40 hours a week whether he worked or not. He got laid off last year and did not get a bonus.
