Family,Friends,Brothers,Dads,Sons,Uncles,Mothers,Daughters

All work for Weatherford some even hold Weatherford hostage to keep family

members employed this should be unacceptable, whatever happen to quality core values, Workers see this and morale suffers because of it please do the right thing, After all it is the stock holders money and I'm selling my as fast as I can tired of supporting nitch groups you all know who you are you should be ashamed with yourselves all levels of managements

Reorganize.. managers being moved to departments they know nothing about? Workers teaching managers how the department is ran? How can this help the Company? Moral is ridiculously low. Folks are grateful they sill have jobs, but is that enough to get the Company back on track and moving forward?

I agree!! with 4th quarter results out today, And all the layoffs I challenge management (Houston)across the board while layoffs are a evil

necessity for the strength of a company' Let layoff the right people. you say that we need to be at all times visiting with our customers intimately for growth and stability moving forward, Also some of our employees have been building these types of relationships for years, To build a great customer base takes a lot of things but one word sums it up professional consistency on contact sales and service on all levels from field to office

Make sure you release the right people or it will take longer to stabilize our company. Quality in, Quality out, Some of these relations take years to build, If not planed properly it can end in an instant so plan it out well could save you many years to rebuild simply by good planning Good Luck

OK, got it, you are frustrated (me to) but let's start using periods when writing, it's kind of hard to understand what you are trying to say if there is no proper punctuation. Now back to the executive management: the level of greed is unbelievable and preposterous, think about the worker just a tiny bit as the day will come when you will be asked about how you lived your life.
