I agree. Stress is a silent killer.And yes its all about the mighty dollar.Corporate does not care about you or your stress. so on that note..anyone know anything about this year's bonus? Should be $$ for us who are here and are a stress mess with all these cuts and tired/worn out faces! I haven't heard anything yet..G.M is saying he doesn't know either.
Working for this company has only gotten worse each year that passes. Its less about the people who give their time every day.. and now more about the almighty buck. Its a sad situation as we all need jobs and give so much of ourselves to this company. Feeling drained and worried about job security is not healthy for any of us still here.
