It's hard not to be angry, to be hurt that you lost your job. Baker has been very good to our family. I understand business but I am so sad to leave the security of having a job. I pray everyday for all of us and thank Baker for all the good times. I'm over the anger now. I am grieving.

I do not understand the need for people to bash someone else's belief. If we are happy and feel some comfort in knowing we can look to God for answers how does that affect you? Believe what you want and leave everyone else to do as they please. My prayers go out to all who have lost their jobs.
Everyone has their own opinion, but this board is for people to communicate about lay offs not to insult people and their faith. Please keep your opinions to your self where they belong.
I do not know if there are moderators here or not, but this needs to be closed has insulting people has no place on this board.
There is no God and he hasn't done anything for anybody ever. Praying to a fake God will never help and prayers will not be answered. If the outcome is what you prayed, then it was going to happen anyways.
If it helps one morally and spiritually, then great.
Yes, I agree, do something constructive. God helps those who help themselves.
I wouldn't waste your time on praying to a mythical concept. Best off doing something more constructive now you are unemployed.
My heart goes out to all the families affected by this tragedy. Prayers for you all. I whole heartedly believe is the saying "God doesn't close one door without opening another". I also read today that when God pushes you to the edge, he either catches you or teaches you to fly.
