You are making excuses...if you lowered the price of the plans I bet you still couldn't sell them. It is never about the price...you didn't build the value in the plans.
I agree with roc (inventory). The price of everything has gone down, except plans. Nobody will pay what they are asking. I said this 2 years ago when I left. At that time, no one was really selling a plan, but rather figuring it into the price using coupons, of price matching a competitor, and including the plan.
Until they lower the prices on plans those numbers are a joke walmarts plans which I buy are pretty much flat 10% who would buy a $100+ plan on a $300 laptop...
Not yet anyway. Their 11 percent number is bogus also, but there is no reason to arbitrary throw out the 18 percent without a reason.
You need to re watch the video....it is not asking for 18% EPP....The chain is lucky to be above 5.5% on epp.
