HK lost everyone minus the TRM
Singapore has its turn today, but looks likely to affect alot of people.
Not sure what they are thinking but how can you just cut support, and TRM's. Customers are paying a contract for TRM's and they are just being annihilated.
We have asked to be professional however where is their professionalism as I sit here with no manager in APAC to report to, no idea what my job is, what im supposed to do? Customers screaming for support as they cannot get through to their TRM who was made redundant.
This is a fukin joke. Citrix has just f***ed itself. I know i will be resigning as soon as I get the chance.
I hope everyone in support resigns as a big F U !
