Yeah, everybody here is more than ready for the boom to be dropped. After Miami got closed, we all knew it was just a matter of time. 1/2 dozen Tampa drivers already have left the company in the last several months since the Miami closure was announced, the logic being they weren't gonna stick around for the inevitable. Ah, well. Whatever. Let's see if the severance package is halfway decent. I can't help but be amused at the cost-saving logic behind the 3rd party decision. So now all these future Staples/Depo/Max customers are going to get shitty delivery service, and Staples/Depo/Max, in return, will get much higher cargo loses than they have now with their own fleet for their troubles. Whatever. I'll be glad when it's done. Typical of the company to say nothing to the employees about the potential SDO closings for months on end, other than "we'll revisit this issue after peak is over."

Oh my god I hope so!
Good luck
You know who won't be in attendance. That's right, the fat mans side kick! Too early for him and mandatory doesn't apply to him. Hope we get the real news and not the stupid info about the Office Depot merger. Just even more proof that going third party is going to happen because we all know how Depot runs. Please bring doughnuts Mr. Magoo!
