Recently let go compared to 5 others with 15 to 20 years less experience without professional certifications. Also have outstanding back surgery which was not taken into consideration. Urgently need help to stop this injustice.

Can you prove that your back surgery was related to lifting heavy objects on the job?
Think positive. You will bounce back and be stronger for it. Especially if you have so much experience and certifications.
