The lack of internal communication has everybody very worry and unfocused. People is fearing to lose their job, and HR should do a better job communicating the options for people being laid off. That is why we have local HR people, but as usual these people are incompetent of the HR upper management in its defect.

BHI HR falsified my exit interview when I left 6 mos ago
And look at who they just put in charge of HR, some guy from Dell fresh from laying off 15k over there. What a sad end for Baker Hughes.
I think everyone at BHI is a TEMP at this point.
I've lost all respect for BHI and all of its management team. My moral is at its all time low. I used to go to work motivated to help accomplish the goals of my team. Now I just go to work everyday waiting for the tap on the shoulder.I am just going through the motions now.
BHI HR is very incompetent!
HR are TEMPS!!!
These HR new hires will be let go as soon as they do the dirty work. Wonder who is gonna tell them they're gone?
Hr is a joke and no help....hr should be a 3rd party instead of management puppets
BHI HR is horrible. They don't understand their own policies, can't write their own policies and always side with management! Esp in CAN. BHI thinks that bringing in mngmet from other regions is best for local business...issue is managers never learn local regulations so how can we stay compliant?
Management needs to wake up and communicate to the masses. An unfocused and anxious workforce can lead to accidents and other dangerous situations.
HR will be eliminated during the integration. A few key folks will survive the transition, but the majority will get their pink slips.
After everyone else gets theirs.
BHI has always been an HR company with a sideline in oil/gas.
Agree 100%, on the communication statement. They should have communicated much better.
