Seems to me that the Quality of Staples product has dropped dramatically in the past 2 years and on top of that our customers are upset with our service we provide. we are more expensive and offer shotty service. makes no sense to me anymore. looking for a life raft so I can get away from this sinking ship.

This pretty much sums it up, the service quality is down, we are not competitive as it relates to prices, that's it.
