Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

EMEA TRMs, do you have any feedback ?

The silence is frustrating here in Western Europe, all countries have strict laws and people will not be notified before several weeks. Do you know how many TRMs have been hit in other Europe regions? what kind of profiles (S5? S6? S7? experienced?)

I know from a reliable source that 1 TRM in the Nordic region has been let go. This is by the way confirmed information.

If it plays out like APAC. Then the TRM managers should get culled, followed by a few TRM's in the larger offices. Those TRM's in remote/regional areas will more than likely be OK.

@64925 there might be specific words with specific legal meanings, but I think "redundant" covers it. It will be a while before we know who is being made redundant due to legal process in the UK.

@64911 - what do you call layoffs or rifs in UK? Redundancies? Are using any other terms?

UK-based TRMs are all "at risk". Due to the number of UK staff being made redundant the company will have to follow a process defined by UK Law which requires a consultation period. It could take a couple of months before we know who is going and who is staying.

Dubai TRMs remain in the dark today; The same applies to e.g. the field based TRMs in Germany
