I agree with Anonymous64044 (I probably sit next to you), PM on Facebook, DM on Twitter, non-company email, etc. That's how I found out about this site (via personal email)...
Just PM the Url on FB (make sure you're NOT on access) to coworkers and say something like "check this out, it's a forum about the layoff" ... That'll get them here. At least to look anyway.
IT can browse logs but I seriously doubt they would even care.

Make sure your phone is not on Citrite wifi when you browse here! Citrix IT has a ton of security appliances to inspect internet traffic, so they can definitely see where you're browsing, and trace it back to you if you're logged in to wifi!
Same here, I think many people are aware that we have this discussion space, look at the number of views per post, it's a lot of people browsing. Also, I think people are concerned that they can be tracked down, so they use phones mostly. So, optimizing this site for mobile experience would be a nice start, I'd personally appreciate that very much.
