Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

No one seems to care about what the fate of the CA campuses might be now that they work for ECMC. So much for team spirit lol!

I guess if you think about it...Kamala did something strategic. If Heald and CA schools are/were the best in the portfolio, and most of the elected idiots want to see for profit schools go away...keeping Heald and CA schools out of the deal is the best way to do it. Sell the junk, force the remaining to close one way or another. The junk tends to work itself out once it is headed down that path.

The most ironic thing about the CA campuses is that they have been for years, and still currently are, the best campuses in the portfolio. From all aspects, revenue and profitability as well as outcomes...say what you want about RM, NS, GW and NA, they took over good campuses and maintained those campuses by continuing long standing good practices put in place by BB and NC along with LG for many years, PERIOD! F'ing hysterical that the only place outside of Canada that CCI still exists is with the most profitable campuses in Kamala's back yard. And then there is Heald...more profitable than ANY other on ground operation. Kamala actually forced CCI to only exist in her state...nice move! Moron

You're right. I don't care about the fate of CA campuses.

Holy crap 226! That's such wonderful news! CSC is going to be just fine supporting the same business model and criminals that conned millions out of the helplessly ignorant.

Hey 158 - not sure what you mean when you say, "one wonders how long most of CSC will be needed." Those of us that are now Zenith are supporting 56 campuses and the unsold CA campuses as well. CCi is paying ECMC for the support. Even if the CA campuses close CSC will go on supporting ECMC's campuses. BTW, even though Colorado Springs is closing all of the positions are still alive in either Denver or Tampa. We are scheduled in Denver to receive over 25 people from COS in the next couple of weeks.

Quit crying. Did you reach out to the 12 campuses slated for closure?

I still maintain a healthy (although somewhat morbid) curiosity about the fate of the CA campuses. Unless Kamala Harris backs down, a sale of those campuses will be difficult. Also - now that most campuses will be sold this week (well, maybe....) and COS is slated to cease functioning 2/28, one wonders how long most of CSC will be needed.
