So many different people complain about what they do for a living and who they work for? So many people on here slam Everest and CCi, but when you read post after post it becomes increasingly realized that so many pissed off employees are not real different than the students you enroll and complain about. It's jack's fault, it's nikkie's fault, it's bob's fault. So many people have gutlessly stayed with CCi and now with ecmc when last I checked, they were free to seek life elsewhere... Anywhere or that matter. People act like you're enslaved to corinthian. Sad to say this Message board sounds like the students that go to everest schools. Take no responsibility or accountability for Staying around... Complain like they're part of some nazi death camp and have no choice to go to work. CCi is garbage, their leaders are horrific, all of what is said is true here; but now people get on to slam ecmc on here like you're working for a debt collecting slave master? Do they realize how uneducatedly pathetic that comes off? It's a land of opportunity; if you don't like ther person/company that is paying you, you dont have to accept the paycheck; find some fin balls and some pride, get up, and seek a new job. People act like they've gone from 1 horrible tyrannic situation to another; have some fin faith and work hard to create a new environment with a new company. Band together and make a difference... Or see it as just another shit scenario you blame life for giving you... In which case, please come see me on Monday so I can enroll you in a new program at my campus; show you how educating yourself can make all the difference

OP, I object to your reference to Nazi death camps. Yours is perhaps the most obscene and uneducated comparison in the history of this board. In case you need a refresher, the victims of the Nazis had plenty of fu:/!ing faith. The greatest generation had the fuc&ing balls to do something about the tyrant. CCi and its leadership have demonstrated their disregard for their target demographic, and used hard won taxes from the Greatest Generation to build their parasitic empire, but this is not genocide. You know nothing of genocide, and the fact that nobody has called you out speaks to the general illiteracy and warped worldview of the contributors of this board. in April the RVPA stood up in front of the room with a powerpoint and said everything is fine, the rumors are false, CCI has plenty of cash... 60 days later ED pulled funding and we were in danger of "no longer being a going concern"
Everybody in the room knew that the RVPA was lying. But the bottom line is that many still have jobs and over 50 schools were just bought by ECMC. The paychecks haven't stopped except for a 5 day furlough in October. So the naysayers were generally wrong on this one.

I dunno that ecmc will keep these same people. Minnesota is a right to work state, and although some uppers will come along, I think the only reason for that is because it's a massive purchase and they need bodies. With some feedback from employees, I think ecmc finds out about the unqualified shit within 3-6 months and moved on from them
You know, I cannot disagree with either of your posts except for the ignorance portion, and I'll tell you why. Yeah it's tough to find another job; stuff like that is never easy. But you read the posts by most people, and if I remarked all, I should have curtailed that... But you read these posts and it just amazes me that people seemingly won't even attempt to rescue the misery of their own lives. I have seen many people come and go from my campus, and when they go, if it was voluntary, they find a place outside this industry, but when they get fired, they end up in the same industry, just a different school... As if they have no other option. I agree 100% on where the fault belongs for the failure of CCI and I don't mind anyone slamming the trio, or people like the unqualified divisional who has no further education that a dental assistant diploma... and I also agree that it's not easy to leave something you've Been used to, but just cause it's hard don't make it impossible... Shoot, is supposed to be hard. There are good people who work with our company (new and old), but from my experience, and from reading countless posts on here, and I hate to cut out a piece from ignite, there are too many people working jobs for paychecks... I'm sure every company has their crap, of course... But you read the ecmc layoff section and it isn't anywhere close to what you find from people postings here. I dunno what ecmc will brig us, but I'm gonna try my rear end off to make it a fresh start... Cause I care about the people I help and the people I do it with. Rain the hate where is belongs, I get that, I agree with that... But to some extent, look in the mirror and commit to making it better, or get out; but don't just use the place the way all those upper management failures have done
OP: You sound so good and also so ignorant. Yes most of us blame the trio Jack, Bob and nikee because they are the ones who screwed with our lives. Finding a new job is a noble idea but also not so easy to do, after someone dedicated years of their lives to pick up and go. With respect to ECMC we don't know much but from the little we know they are going to keep the same crooks and expect different results.
Good point, but consider that for many years we have been lied to. Jack used to stand up in a room and tell us "we're one of the good guys... ED is fine with us... I played golf with so-and-so from DC and we're respected on the Hill..." Much of what you're hearing on this board stems from the betrayal many us feel. Many of us came to CCi to make a positive change in the lives of others. But then we found out Jack was lying to us. We realized he was using us to oil a machine that hurt people more than it helped them. Some don't care about that, but many do. And you really can't blame people for being skeptical given that ECMC seems to not want be anything other than a continuation of CCi given the decisions they have been making.
