Our replacements were cheap labour with zero qualifications, one person did a 3 month development course and now they're magically a qualified developer replacing a person with 10 years experience. The support team is the next in the firing line, but the indians there are so unbelievably incompetent they know absolutely nothing, it's only a matter of time before LR 2015.

To the minion of Chambers who said that the LR process is based on "skills and contributions", that is incorrect. It's about sales of the organisation. Big hint, what does Rowan work on? Has that been going down? There have been many who received good reviews and were simply let go because their manager was simply told they had to let a certain number of people in the team go. At least get the facts straight before making a fool of yourself and misleading others.
Sky did not fall after all those firings. Right! So, may be you skills and your contributions are not as great as you think.
