She sounds like my ex wife. For sure a gold digger. How about this get a job and help support your children. Do not just depend on your child support to pay your bills. I have seen this tons of times where the ex just doesn't carry a job and soley depends on child support to pay her bills. When the kids drop off they freak out!!! Last check I'm going to write a special note for her.

The body's not even cold yet, and she's going through the pockets.
Just wow.
Sounds like my xwife
Gold digging
They earned the pension together, she's eligible, as I understand she's asking it for the kids not for her, so I am OK with that. Also, for the gold digging part, she had 4 kids for heaven's sake, that's a ton of hard digging in my book, not for gold though
You can't tap your ex's pension. See a lawyer.
Hah....4 kids. Now ain't sayin shes a gold digger.
Well, my ex is with Baker and he's responsible for supporting his 4 children he had with me. So, if he gets a pay out it certainly is my business as well-being of one's offspring is something that many of us call 'the main business'
i heard when finally taken over Baker might pay out the pension plan since Halliburton does not have one. Rumors only, but i do know for a fact i had a buddy who worked for BJ and he had option to roll over pension plan on his own and in 2 years he received letter stating he could cash in.
If you have to ask then you are not a BH employee and it is none of your business.
That is a good question. anyone?
