BH truly is a winner...sooooooo proud to be working a temporary gig with a collections agency. TypicL CCI scum. I personally am satisfied with the Colorado springs shutdown and the immense amount of hassle CCI has been forced to and continues to deal with. For all of you clowns thinking your life can go back to.normal...I wouldn't. This slum lord you now temporarily work for has the same piss poor reputation CCI has. I suggest you keep looking.
We are already working for corporate. I do know that ECMC lacks the experience and knowledge about running IT in a large enterprise, not to mention the software used by CCI. Of course there will be redundant people/jobs but it won't be the whole CSC. Don't forget Canadian schools will be administered by Zenith shortly
OP: I'm not a hater, but I do have a dire prediction: You do NOT want to be working at CSC, because every function there is going to be taken over by ECMC corporate. That always happens. Probably not many big changes on the campuses (except for admissions of course) and I predict that Socle and a lot of the online staff will go away. It's not that online education will disappear, just the way that we go about it and the location of the instructors. More SF staff on campus to process aid. That's it from this seer for now!
Anonymous62060: Glad I got out, but good luck to the remaining employees who couldn't. I really hope ECMC turns out to be at least more competent than CCI. I have a good feeling they are going to take a few months to get to learn the business processes and talk to staff, and then the management will all be replaced. There's not really any going forward in terms of ethical standards until that happens, and they must know that already. Hope it works out for all the many honest folks who were just doing what they had to to get a paycheck.
Thank you BH. You are one of a very few that posted truth on this board. I'll admit there were times I doubted you, but you almost always came through. I wish you all the best in the future. And to all the employees that haven't transferred to Zenith, I wish you all the best of luck. Things will find a way to work out for you too. Now for all the new Zenith employees, let's hold them accountable for the promises they made about making the changes in culture needed for student success. Good luck to all employees and students!
