The employee is filing suit against CCi and Stephanie Lindblom. FMLA laws are put in place for a reason. You do not make up policies as you please. Ignoring the Department of Labor will not excuse you from wrongdoing.

That is wrong. She is investigated for whatever reason and we have people like JM, Bob, NC and the rest of the crooks,who ruined the company and a lot of people's lives, sitting there collecting a bunch of money very pay petiod without any consequences. Wow!
