Senior management is busy changing everybody's schedule with no regard for employees lives outside of work. Moral is at an all time low and you have idiots at the top moving people around, all while they get to checkout anytime they want. Who in Tempe is happy with the new schedules?

Annoyed -- I too find it annoying when a fairly large sized corporation can't even show the most basic levels of professionalism. I am very, very pleased to be getting out and moving on to a more collegial environment.
This happened to us several months ago. Our hours were changed for no valid reason without notice. They don't give a crap what you have going on in your life after work whether it be picking up your kid,going to a class or anything else. They just send out an email and don't even bother to have a face to face conversation.
No need to quit. The RIF is coming. It will start towards the top. CAO, PDs, and PLs. They need FTF
We definitely need people to quit. There's going to be a long period of decreasing enrollment, perhaps followed by a stabilization then increase, but possibly by total failure. We'll need fewer and fewer people. Unfortunately, techniques like this only get rid of the fed up staff who can get other jobs. The unemployable CCi core remain, happily going about the business of being stupid and useless. The same goes with terms for some reason -- it always seem like the better ones go and the worst seem to still be here. So this cycle just increases the chance of massive failure for Zenith.
probably trying to get people to quit. the longer this drags on the less likely they can make payroll.
Enrollment and retention is at an all time low. There cant be enough to go around.
