Yes if they get rid of the CCI executives and divisionals. If not, they should close now.

OP: Here in Colorado, "Higher Learning" refers to the legally avaialable state of mind enjoyed by nearly all of our quasi-students and more than a few faculty and staff. As such, none of thos things you mentioned really bother anyone. Chill, dude/dudette!
