Words to look for here are SINGLE SITE OF EMPLOYMENT. So, we get no 60 days notice.

Long story short is says that in alomost all cases the employer is required to give advanced notice of a mass layoff. Minimum of 60 Days in writeing.
I know for fact that an HR person from Hollister has emmotts conference room booked on Monday and conference room at navigation on Thursday. They booked emmotts on Jan 7th it said.
Conference room is booked all day by HR and at CTI on Wednesday. Anyone can see the conference room bookings so go look.

Rankin/Aldine has a bunch booked by HR for Monday through Tuesday. All day meetings.
Seen a lot booked for Tomball on Tuesday and Wednesday, HR and Admins booked them.
Some conference rooms look 'blocked' in Houston
Navigation has one booked by HR person on Thursday and saw they also have one booked Monday at Emmott Rd.
Conference rooms for houston are booked for layoffs. Some may not book until the day before. Others were booked the day the announcement was made.
As for districts, reservations won't be done since the district typically has one room.
