A brief Googling this morning made me wonder why Staples' stock fell a bit yesterday. Seems it was in result of this:

So, as predicted, the Starboard investor that has bought a lot of Staples stocks is pushing for a Staples/Office Depot merger, and just released a letter to Sargent yesterday addressing their opinions on the matter.
