It WILL be a fresh start, but not on the 2nd. Sometime In June all of the ECMC staff will be trained and ready to take over from the CCi freaks. They'll have reviewed what employees have told/written them and the unsavory and abusive managers will be swept away. All of the processes will change. There will be a massive cultural shift. If you read between the lines, that's what they've already promised.
