So when I ask for academic things, I get put on hold. When i ask about policies,.. put on hold. When I ask about financial aid.. i sometimes get an answer. They are more responsive in the sense that they at least say "I'll get back to you". But it doesn't give us much confidence that they have no idea where to go.. probably because they cut off the people who did know. No we're just going in circles. How long is this going to go on?

Hahaha Chris and Marco didn't have personal agendas? Wow you don't know anything...
Goes to show you how much thought went into the decision process of who to keep and who to let go. Clearly show's you that NO thought went into in the decision on keeping those who are most valuable......most knowledgeable. They said "lets get rid of people (anyone) to reduce payroll.....period" and then deal with the aftermath when the time arises. Even if this was not the actual thought process of the decision makers this is how it appears it was done. Both scenarios paint a picture of incompetence at the Group and Navitas level.
I don't think Chris or Marco are available anymore
It's surprising the lack of knowledge that is left at the Group level. Probably because these are all Winkowski's former colleagues or hires. He needed to surround himself with people who don't know as much so they can't see through his BS. The new CFO is sharp and will not play around.
They should bring back Marco B and Chris D. They weren't perfect, but at least they didn't gave personal agendas
That pretty much describes the last year or so
someone once told me that group people will only respond if you ask enough times because at that point they figured it was important enough that you had to ask repeatedly. I responded that we stop asking not because it wasn't important to us. We stopped asking because we figured it wasn't important enough to them at group.
