The whole segment is messed - oil and natural gas exploration and production... Noble is doing fine so far but things might change for us in early 2015 if prices continue to fall we'll reach the point where we'll be like 'cannot function anymore'

Noble Energy has let employees know that here will Be "workforce reduction" coming soon. Nice euphemism for layoffs.
Oil has gotten so ridiculous companies cannot even operate.
Everyone will be cutting back in 2015 - payroll costs are very high, so expect people to be let go.
Noble will do fine, it'll be bumpy, there will be layoffs in 2015, managers will freak out, the employees will be confused, but overall we will be just fine
