We are not in a good spot, I think the execs will start cutting people if prices do not rebound soon. We are well managed company, especially from the financial standpoint. My fear is that 2015 is going to turn into a year of mass layoffs, not sure if this is going to happen but folks here in Northern California are already starting to freak out.

So, what's your prediction about 2015?
