Because clearly that's going to get me to stay. Why would I want a 25% raise at Devon or AEP when I can have an extra 8 hours of holiday pay?
It was an expensive ploy to try and show employees that CHK is still a cool company and a good place to work. They're desperate to stop people from leaving. F***ing idiots.
