They should include the call center as they are doing a portion of what admissions would (should) be doing with that initial call.
Is the call center included in those ratios?
The number of admissions reps is based on volume of lead flow. So either the NYC lead flow increased, or a rep was fired or may have quit. Who knows. Just because admissions are revenue generators and we all know that (it doesn't take a genius)... Doesn't mean that the size of the department can be disproportionate to the lead flow... especially since they laid someone off three weeks ago.
maybe some genius has just figured out that it's admissions that brings money in the front door and without them there would be no school
Are they replacing someone that quit maybe?
I wouldn't trust it. They had a front desk/Admin Asst. guy hired in Atlanta and 3 weeks later he was laid off......good luck!
It's not a director position though.
This may be illegal, if we let someone go for 'no work' reasons we are not supposed to have that position open for 180 days
Interesting how it says "The new partnership between the SAE Institute and Navitas is helping SAE to expand quickly both in the United States and worldwide." Expand quickly?... so that they can quickly layoff!
