This date was in 8k along with a March 31, 2015 date for forebearance (but I think that refers to creditors). It seems like this movie will never end. We need to know if we have a job, how much it pays and whether all of our vacation time loads Jan 5th or some other date.

OP, when a movie changes its plot often, the film gets really interminably long. Unless you are among the top leadership clique, don't expect to find out anything accurate soon. See the 8K - 1/31
As far as a job if you work at the campuses that were sold most of you are afe. If you work at CSC or do Socle processing or work for Socle than most of those jobs will be eliminated. Communication will be sent out regarding the other items.
