Do you think we will have layoffs in 2015? If you've been around in the 80s you remember early retirments and layoffs. We've had a good 30 year long run, but in 2015 who knows. Tillman probably knows the best, but I can tell you that folks in Houston do not feel good right now.

Oil is down, ain't coming up, companies will merge, there will be buyouts, etc. Only committment a corporation has is to its shareholders: the people who have invested in it for the sake of their pensions. There will be cuts but we are also very good prepared and the company has little debt. We prepared for the downturn and we can overcome all problems that we will be facing in 2015
