There has been a secret list passed around EUO - TAMPA and it has received an early show of major support. 56 people have already agreed by signature as it makes its strategic way around the building. We will not be subjected to EUO guidelines before ECMC officially takes over. You have proven for a decade that you cannot lead, so why would we follow you now? Before the sale is finalized, it will be guaranteed this list grows to triple if not quadruple the total current signatures. Ecmc, we hereby demand a thorough review of all leadership currently in place and if you choose to not to evaluate the Real problem, you will be left with a skeleton staff who is incapable of handling this transition. The people who really make this operation live on are on the floor. Management has no clue how anything operates and if you don't believe me, ask them. Then spend one week on the floor and compare notes. There are approximately 18% of Directors on the floor worth a damn. Dave Hawn, maybe this is what yo u want or maybe not. Believe me, the numbers involved are gainin momentum, so you may want to step Iin with a resolution. January 5th is the pending date and you may just me left alone with a bunch of worthless suck ass employees who will do what you want, but have no real knowledge of how to actually get the Job done. Think about it.

Yeah, right. Everyone's put up with crap for this long, but are suddenly going to stage a walk-out when we have new owners coming in?!? What kind of dolt would even believe that? So, exactly what action are you proposing? Walk out? Sick out? Deliver a list of disgruntled employees? Torch the breakroom? What do you expect to accomplish? If you plan to stick around after the sale is done your best course of action is to keep your head down and your numbers up. No, I am not EUO management in Tampa. I am a CS worker bee in C. Spgs. Don't make yourself an easier target. The likelihood is that the harsh light of truth will expose the bad actors to ECMC, but it may take a little while. Cant wait? Move on.......

I could see this happening even though I chose not to sign. I will hold off for 1 more week before committing to this plan. I believe we will see the famework of our future by the end of next week. If I'm wrong, please find me to sign on the dotted line.
