We were told by directors on the floor today that numbers were coming back in a big way you will have to enroll based on time with company or lose your job. She told us we need to project how many apps we will do per day, recos, REGs every day. Back to the free wheeling days before 2010. She went on to say that if enrollments continued to slide many would be let go.Boiler room operations again. Just so awesome.

What location was this heard? Where is this happening? Or where did the info come from? What directors?
Based on what? Percentage of leads, contact center calls? More details please. Just time at the company doesn't make any sense if you aren't getting leads to begin with. Then again, nothing in this company makes sense.
