Relating a fact is not slander or libel. So why was the thread about the mother and daughter party censored? Somebody dialed 1,888 TLO and said "Whaaahaaahhaaaa. They don't like our book. Remove that post or we will sue you for....(list)."

You can't just post whatever you want. This is a privately owned site. Why are so so concerned about it? You keep asking. But you cannot just say nasty things about others and expect that to be ok. It could get you blocked. Grow up.
Using full names or committing slander/libel will get a post removed.
I think mentioning people by name puts a post in jeopardy. Also someone has decided freedom of speech includes cluttering up the board with very stupid useless posts. Someone like that should expect to have their post removed. It's considered sociopathic behavior by sane people. Perhaps some innocent posters got nailed in the process of cleaning up the garbage.
Frankly 95% of stuff removed is junk or crossing the line. I hate censorship but we are clearly unable to self control... I was here on Sunday and someone posted a hundred messages with no content, just for fun. I think that hurts us more than cleaning up by the admin.
