We have to have made a lot of field revision by this date or if the reduction isn't satisfactory they'll drop the manager instead. In one of my district's the DM is acting GM since her store was on a cut list and she refused.

Just let us know now so we do not spoil the holidays stressing over this bullshit.
Look at the CSAT comments Framingham. Customers want more help in the stores, not less. Stopping all tasks from 11-2 does not provide the same customer impression as actually having more people in the store to help customers from opening to closing on a daily basis. This is even more true when corp asshats come out to visit the stores and rip staff apart for not getting tasks done. If there is a threat of disciplinary action for not getting tasks done then that will be the focus, not customer service.
