Rumor - So, I heard... I can tell you probably 10 different things here but here is the summary. Kimberly Clark spends a lot on IT, we will be looking into ways how to streamline this and cut costs. We will be doing into outsourcing additional pieces of IT, some core functions will stay but some less specialized functions will go away to 3rd party outsourcing vendors. You will see some of the folks go work for the vendors, some of the folks will be laid off. That's what I heard - Kimberly Clark will reorg IT in 2015 and there will be layoffs.

Thought KC had tried out sourcing some IT a few years ago and then brought back in house (.i.e. SAP Basis, etc.)
Heard they will be laying off ~1,200 world wide starting this year. 200 in IT (~20% of IT). IT will be at end of this year or start of 2016.
